Refund Policy
We at BREATHE Apparel value our customers and want them to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase.
Conditions For Refunds And Exchanges
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the item must be:
- Unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when it was received (for obvious sanitary reasons)
- In its original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
- Returned within 30 days of purchase.
How To Request A Refund Or Exchange
To request a refund or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at hello@breathe-apparel.com within 30 days of purchase.
- Provide your order number and a detailed explanation of why you are requesting a refund or exchange.
- Our customer service team will review your request and provide instructions on how to proceed.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets our refund policy conditions. If everything is in order, we will process your refund within 7 days. The refund will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase.
Exchange Process
If you are requesting an exchange, for example a different size, we will process it within 7 days of receiving the returned item. We will ship the new item to you as soon as it is available. Exchanges are only applicable for the same item. For example we will not accept an undershirt being exchanged for a t-shirt.
